In 2001, “Why Women Cry…A Compilation of Stories, Poems & Positive Responses for The Cleansing of the Eyes & the Soul” was published, printed, and released. No, we did not make bestseller list, however, it became a grass roots bestseller which is still, in my eyes, where the real test is. The many women that were touched by these stories, the women (and men) who contributed, made this book one for the ages - still selling and finding its way throughout the inner cities, where the real stories are told.

As a first book, there were many downsides and marketing mishaps, however the success was that WE DID IT!! We published our first book. This book has been in reading circles, book clubs, book clubs behind the walls for women and men, as well as a common read amongst the coffee table books. Because it was the first, and self published, we branched out to establish “Why Cry Productions, Inc”, a company to assist those interested in self publishing.

As years have passed and times have changed, there is no need for those services anymore. With all the tons of information and mentoring programs, along with the new AI use, there is little use for one one-on-one services.Why Cry Productions, Inc. is now morphing into its own small community platform for sharing your platforms, your books, your poetry, and your thoughts. Good thoughts only. Sharing info with those of like minds. Feel free to come connect with other artistic minds, and thoughtful persons, searching for balance in and around us.
